4 years ago @nteetor you took some liberties with her naming conventions, is there a reason why you did this? She has underscores. Also she has "AffinitySpectrum" not "affinity-spectrum". I think it should be exactly as she has unless you have a reason.
The current names for downloads are not great. The Harvard team suggested better names for the downloads.
