Similarity — improve download names #32

The downloaded file names were not great. The Harvard team suggested better names for the downloaded files.

Reference compound

I think this refers to the CSV in the downloaded zip file from the sidebar.

Save csv file as _affinity-spectrum-{ compound_name }-{ currentdate }.csv

Compound similarity data

Save table data as _similarity-table-{ compound_name }-{ currentdate }

I don't think you have this right but it's confusing.

There are now two tables on the page and one was moved to the main page right? She shows two pictures, not three

  1. Her first image refers to the "binding data" which you moved to the main page -- I've asked clarification for what this should be labeled.

  2. Her second image title is "Compound similarity data" which is the first able on the current page. So this one should be "SimilarityTable_" etc --

  3. She does not show an image of the table with the selections, I've asked her about that also.
