As title says - and I have gettext experience in C programs.

And I could pilfer many of the translated strings from the QT version :thinking:

Early days - looks like we need to CAPitalize the options if I want to re-use the QT version NLS strings, plus some differ. No big deal but I might fire in a PR changing the upper case stuff first. And I might look at the constant gchar / char bug at the same time.

Well it's looking ready :)

Just going to test on latest labwc because I'm on my debian/testing install and labwc is 0.7.4 - which explains the nonsense in the it screenshot
