Add an updated .appdata file #28

I know that https://github.com/labyrinth-team/labyrinth/pull/11 already includes an appdata file, but I've updated it with new screenshots from Debian, and modernized it as I was submitting this application to Flathub. (https://github.com/flathub/flathub/pull/528, I welcome any help there btw!)

We can also iterate on a better place to host those screenshots/better screenshots once we have a basic appdata file in place. Thanks for considering.

As you can probably see, Labyrinth is kind of unmaintained. If you're interested in improving it, I'm happy to look at some PRs. I started porting to GTK 3 years ago, but got stuck on something related to Pango.
