Selecting an interval doesn't display correct lithology name in combo box #1

Users had a scheme with both "Sand/Sandstone" and "Sand/Sandstone, Calcareous" lithologies. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new section
  2. Create a Sand/Sandstone interval
  3. Create a Sand/Sandstone, Calcareous interval
  4. Select the Sand/Sandstone interval and see that the combo box says "Sand/Sandstone, Calcareous".

The same occurs with "Silt/Siltstone" and subtypes "Silt/Siltstone, [calcareous/dolomitic/zeolitic]".
