Speaker Cards #3

Implement a component for cards related to the various speakers attending the event.

[ ] implement component card in JSX
[ ] stylize it with CSS
[ ] add temporary data
[ ] create a /data folder and input the particular relevant sample speaker data in there

@nikbrandt some updated specifications. See Figma for design specifics.

[ ] implement speaker card carousel
[ ] implement dynamically changing the content to reflect the various speakers (reach out to the Events team to get the specific descriptions to put into the /data folder for now. Preferably in some sort of data file i.e. JSON, YML, etc.)
[ ] implement dots to reflect number of cards and current speaker card (recommend using SVGs).
