Add www.tvmaze.com as a provider? #14

Would be awesome to add tvmaze to the mix here, especially with tvrage down. I maintain a pytvmaze repo here if it helps.

they had ask about this awhile back, but back then they only had a small % of shows compared to tvdb or tvrage.. so didnt make sense... we will have to reviist (and remove tvrage)
