Add warnings that plot visualization is not set up correctly with respect to given acquisition sources #19

Try to raise errors or warning if something is not setup correctly in visualization class with respect to acquisition classes in core class. For example:

if plot is duplicated
if plots are overlapping
if source is specified in visualization class but missing in core...
