Changed names of support functions from dict to prepare.
Changes to variable names (PEP 8), backwards compatibility for user defined variables (fileName -> filename, both accepted)
Tests for argument type and value in prepare functions
Tests for prepare functions
Added example data for testing prepare functions in Documentation/Supported Datasets
