Windows Support #40

Hi Folks. How can windows users be able to install ?

I don't have windows so I have no ideas. I guess by using Cygwin and stuff like this you could figure it out.

it is based on https://github.com/sudar/Arduino-Makefile which works on windows, so you might be able to do it as well.

I'm closing the issue, but feel free to open a pull request once it's working.
