[feature] Navbar Dynamic Highlighting

Added dynamic highlighting to navbar

Previously:

• Links on navbar (About, Work, Contact) stay dark unless clicked on
• Clicked link stayed active no matter where user scrolls on page

Now:

• Navbar link highlighting is based on current visible section
• Clicking a link will scroll though navbar links until page arrives
