By default it on elements and shows html code
here you have to navigate to XHR to see ajax calls
Last click on the "filter?data..." and check the response/preview

I just used the update scripts from the DB folder when I upgraded it. I used the 1.0.8.0_to_1.9.0 db script first, then 1.9.0_to_1.9.2 db script.
Anyway, it's okay now after I executed the given sql query above.

Hi,
Upgraded Faveo Helpdesk from 1.0.8.0RC to 1.9.2. Followed the upgrading instruction religiously. Updated the DB to 1.9.0 then 1.9.2.
Result... Login page: fine Submit/Open Ticket: fine Agent Dashboard: fine Admin Panel: fine All pages in Admin: fine Email system: fine
But only in Agent Panel, all pages related to messages, Inbox/Closed/Answered/My Tickets/etc won't really load.
Someone submitted a ticket to the frontpage, I received an email notification that someone opened a ticket, but as soon as I login to Agent Dashboard and proceed to Inbox, list of messages won't really load.
Already tried on every type of web browser with a cleared cache and cookies.
Please help. Thanks!
