Installer API #2

Cover all the features currently available in the Faveo installer.
Cover all the features added to the new Faveo Cloud installer which is not yet released.
Write Unit test cases.

Need to brainstorm and think if we want to create this as a package. @ashu555 Please share your viewpoint also.

Converting the installer as a stand alone laravel package to begin of would be a good option which would be helpful for integration with other projects too. Laravel has detailed documentation for this. https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/packages
