Allow People to Customize the Inputs with the settings_lite.json #16

People should be able to customize the features of the input sliders including the following:

-Width of the slider div in bootstrap 1/12ths -Height of the slider in pixels. -Start position of the slider

For the time being, I have added in some code that has the sliders auto-fill the top of the page, which generally makes it look better and saves us from having to add this in right away:
