dll and gha:

receptor results reader
building avg results reader
small bug about "double" rounding
new method to create terrain gh user object:
error handling about DF Update. It is not possible to update df_envimet if Grasshopper is running because of some default values that I pass trough dll to some inputs. I do not have a solution yet.
