Updating code that figures out version of Dynamo that is running #104

Updating code that figures out version of Dynamo that is running, in order to to get the path to the plugin folder. This is needed since with 2.1+ there is a zip deployment of Dynamo, as well as Refinery that runs its own Dynamo command line version.

Hi, I manually replaced that line inside "import and prepare py code" but I keep getting the same error: "Invalid Literal for float(): DynamoCoreRuntime 2.5.1." This is happening on LadyBug, Honeybee, and Butterfly for Dynamo. I have also tried the same in Dynamo for Revit.
