Add a Validation Check for the Case of a Room Composed Entirely of AirBoundaries Except One Windowed Face #1018

I forgot that this case can still cause the E+ simulation to stop but it should be easy to add a validation check for it.

Seraphin Bouchard has a good sample file that can be used for testing the validation check here:
