Implement THERM Command Line Interface #618

... to run the THERM files directly from Grasshopper. This was not previously possible but here's a copy/paste from the email that the scientists as LBNL sent me:

We've changed the licensing arrangement with WINDOW AND THERM to make them free, effective now; That means the command line versions will be available to you and other users and should make some of the connections to the rest of the insect world easier and more powerful.
