Add the Ability to Plug In Custom Meshes to View Factor Component #634

This way, people can more easily customize the grid sizes in different portions of their view factor meshes (instead of having to create polysurfaces as they would now). More info can be found in this discussion:

I should do this at some point but it's low on the priority list right now.

I added the ability to plug in custom points and I think this is better: https://github.com/mostaphaRoudsari/honeybee/commit/073e47c1561355a60eae75872c805f96ad5f5c1c
