feat(image): Add several commands for image processing #186

I just decided to add everything that I will need for all image processing, including pcompos, pfilt, getinfo, and evalglare. I even added the psign command because it was quick and I know of several occasions where people have asked for this type of image labeling functionality on the forum.

Lastly, I cleaned up the docstrings, which I realized were following the old format that is not compatible with our sphinx template.
