Create own folder for HDR and TIFF Files #1

I would like to move the HDR and TIFF files to their own folder and add a read me for all the folders that explains what the files are all about.

If no nobody has comments or other suggestions, I will go ahead and do this in a few days

@theo-armour, I started documenting each folder and will push the changes to GitHub tonight. I will move TIFF and HDR files in their new folders. I need to update ladybug tools page that loads these images to load them from the new location.

Thank you for the update. I had no idea that Ladybug Tools links to these files. It might be worth mentioning this usage somewhere - so future maintainers are warned about the upstream uses.

Once you are done with your part, may I add a HDR file viewer?

Also realized that we have a local copy of the images for ladybug.tools website and my previous comment was wrong.

Nice. Beginning to look much better.

Will it be OK for me to do minor edits to the read me files such as adding definitions, links of interest, helpful text and so on?
