Colorful ground hemisphere for uniform sky. #259

@mostaphaRoudsari , Is there a reason why the ground is so saturated here? Usually it is grey .. (around 0.2 0.2 0.2 instead of 1 0.8 0.5). https://github.com/ladybug-tools/honeybee/blob/a05669780d6846ff6574cd3eed55eb40e39c9e22/tests/room/uniform.sky#L15-L19

I think I used the reference from Radiance tutorial. I should double check. It shouldn't be hard-coded anyways. Not sure what I was thinking when I hard-coded it in the sky definition! :|
