Fix the automatic generation of docs #288

For some reason related to the lack of a CLI, this part is failing now:

@santiagogaray , would you be able to investigate and push a fix?

Hi @chriswmackey, I believe, since I added sphinx-click to the conf.py in my last update, the sphinx_click extension needs to be installed now. Note that even though we don't have CLI at this point this update is leaving everything ready to autodetect and document it once is included. Hope this is the only issue, happy to look into it again otherwise!
