Intrroducing SeparateByNormal component in LB #418

I didn't realize that this was going to be a Ladybug component since the original one is a part of Honeybee. I guess this is ok. We'll just have to delete the Honeybee one now.

Hi @chriswmackey, I thought that putting it in LB is fine since we discussed it here. One of the reasons i think LB is ok is because neither this new component nor the HB preserves any HB surface/zone definition (at least from the test i tried. -A,

Thank you for reminding me. I'm sorry that I've been a but scatter-brained lately as I've been jumping between the github, the new website and other things. You're right that the component doesn't have anything to do with HBZone properties and Ladybug is a good place for it.
