Mesh2Hatch FullPathLayers #465

FullPath-Layernames weren't supported so far. Changed the code to create layerstructure if not existing. Guess the code isn't that nice, but its my second try on python....

Thank you for this and it is definitely something I would merge in but the changes in this PR do not align with your description. Also, I see that all of your old changes are there. You may want to just delete your fork and re-fork the main repository so that you commit history is starting fresh.
