Implement gbXML fixer code #3

I will be forking the fixer code out of the sandbox in the next day or so - with release 2.0.0. Fingers-crossed this could be an easy release to play with.

Cool cool. If you're adding it into this package could you do it using a pull request and making sure you use commitizen as per the contribution styleguide? This will ensure the versioning and deployment is carried out properly.
