REP: Add "eye" for all categories #115

This is a feature request related to the issue #114 . I see very nice and convenient 'eye' button for the Surfaces toggle.

It would great to have such visibility switch for every toggle in the 'reports'.

more visibility toggles are starting to be added throughout

Along with the 'all visible' button it would be nice to have the 'none visible' button. It would help quickly setup visibility for two categories out of twenty, for example.
