proc_trans calls sendmany twice, resulting in hard failure #3

reproduced twice, though I don't know the cause (and can't test for obvious reasons). May be related to the fact that the call occurs over the internet instead of localhost (in this particular scenario, Atlanta to New York), and it may be related to the size of the transaction.

This results in proc_trans failing with an Insufficient funds error, and failing to assign a TXID to all concerned payouts.

We're you ever able to determine the cause of this? It seems that that commit should be unrelated to this issue.

Oh, weird. That commit's completely unrelated. I did move simplemona into its own repo so that's probably why.

The issue hasn't reoccurred again, so I haven't been able to.
