Bug: Dotted Lines in Text Block #14

Dotted lines appear when text extends past the the block length in the typing test text block. This serves no purpose and is simply clutter

That's just how GTK+ handles text buffers within scrolled windows to indicate there's more text beneath the window. This isn't a bug it's just how GTK works.
