Several issues prevent publication #15

I've reviewed Russolo, and found several issues that need resolution before we can proceed with the publication.

  1. Cyrillic kerning in 10pt ExtraLight master russolo extralight

  2. Fractions in 10pt Medium and ExtraBold master need adjustment

  3. section glyph needs redesigning in 10pt ExtraLight and Medium masters

Please resolve these before we can proceed. Thank you.

@laerm0 Did you see this issue? We could also not export the cyrillic in order to move forward on this.
