Improve some of the haanna functions #10

changed: the way the preset_state is determined, now shows 'none' when no preset is active
changed: the way the schedule_state is determined
added: show the 'domestic_hot_water_state' (function not present in HA Climate, will need some work in the Plugwise/Anna-ha )component. Also a test was added for this function.
updated README.md to match the changes/addition.

Please note: these changes DO NOT cover the legacy Anna!

Tested (except the DHW-function) and working on my Hassio system.
