Adding DHW status and other changes V2 #13

This pull-request also contains the changes proposed by @marcelveldt in pull-request #11 with some improvements needed to support a simple way of auto-configuration in the planned anna-ha/plugwise update. I have used my own version-numbering for my testing, please correct this where needed.

The updates were tested with the planned anna-ha/plugwise update by @CoMPaTech and me. The cooling-related update was not tested as the two testers do not have a system connected with that capability. Waiting for @marcelveldt to test the cooling-related changes.

The updates in this pull-request should be backwards-compatible but I did not test this.

If @marcelveldt can test that would be highly appreciated, but since anna-ha/plugwise_dev and HA/plugwise (upstream) are version bound we could start updating to a newer version on PyPi.

@laetificat can you review and update to PyPI?
