Several fixes #30

These changes fix the reported Home Assistant issues:

Also, the proposed fix for the issue reported by fwestenberg, related to 2 Annas in one HA system, is included.

All the above issues have been reported to be fixed by the updated code, thanks to the various reporters/testers.

Also some changes are needed in HA Plugwise, see: https://github.com/bouwew/anna-ha These will be made available in another pull-request straight to HA and one for the development github anna.
