Please include Option to Edit Annual Maintenance Contract #7

Currently we have only option to Create an AMC. We need an option to Edit the already created AMC as early as possible. If there is any changes to be made after creation, currently we have to make another new AMC even for slight changes which is very time consuming.

Hope you will look in to this matter.

Yesterday I had to make 3 new AMC for small Changes as per customer request. Hope you guys will look in to this Edit Option as soon as possible.

@majeedpalakkal Pls check this ticket ... and apply labels correspondingly

Input from my side: When AMC is generated, a document number is applied on it If with the same number an edit is made, then there is no authenticity and credibility on that document number

Rest is your business decision

Whether it has to be implemented, if yes, then how ? else, shud the staff be more careful while creating AMC (discuss thoroughly with the customer before the creation) so as to avoid junk AMCs

There is an error is occuring while creating a second AMC to an existing customer. The previous given location and project details are repeating to the new AMC also. Let me try in the test database and give you the full details.

Atleast give us an option to preview the AMC before giving the print.

The auto completion of Project Details is as per Requirement description provided by @majeedpalakkal
