`kill 1` command in Command Palette #27

A new command in the command palette to run kill 1 in the repl. Admins have this enabled for them, I'd like it as well.

Could be, I’m not sure. I will take a look. I’m not checking all the random names though.

It’s not a flag, it’s just enabled for all admins.

Got this to work with a Requestly rule. I'll add this to XL later.
