Adds two possibilities for creating progress bars:

"text": creates a utils::txtProgressBar (similar to the one that we had on the plyr version)
function: receives a function(x) and calls it (no more than 50 times, so to not impact performance) with the progress indicator
any other text (such as "none") will disable the use of a progress bar

The second form can be used by the shiny interface (implemented on Rsampling-shiny v1.3, to be commited)
