Fixed zeroes #20

Added support for fixing zeroes in the dataframe, when using normal_rand, within_rows or within_columns.

Updated the pull request after merging the other branches. As this functionality is not obvious, I think we should include a use case in the vignettes - however, I'm not sure what the use case would be so I can't do that atm.

Agree that we should include this in some vignette. Opened a enhancement issue #22 to remind that.
