Support Magisk template v4+ #6

My updates follow the new Magisk template allowing this module to install on Magisk v15+. I have tested it on Magisk v16 on Lineage OS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2) and works.

I'm sorry that I'm not using DNSCrypt on Android these days, which is the main reason i didn't do any update here. There's another repo launched in the official repo, maybe you could try that one. Thank you.
