Twitter support #97

  1. Every message on Twitter labelled with #lojban has to be streamed to #lojban channel
  2. Every message on other messengers sent not by a bot and labelled with #lojban has to be streamed to a dedicated Twitter account
  3. Specify the list of Twitter accounts to exclude streaming from
  4. Specify which tags to monitor
  5. Specify which groups to stream to
