Footer display #111

The footer of ALM Reports template needs to be completely reorganized. I think the template was thrown off when we open sourced the application.

We can leave the About off since it's in the header. Please rearrange the PLOS Journals and the other links so that it takes up far less white (black) space.

I can make it look exactly like the PLOS footer (without the left bottom part), it's not too dissimilar as it is: image

Maybe remove the about link on the left and add some space between the 2nd and 3rd column?

This looks good to me, and it also fairly closely mimics what PLOS has on the journals' pages, so I'm going to go ahead and close this.
