Template misalignment #115

The arrows are misaligned in the new template Please review all the pages and make sure the template does not have any gross errors.

I temporarily made this layout fixed, but will look into what is necessary to prevent the breadcrumbs from breaking at smaller resolutions. Using a purely fixed layout is one line of code, and given that we have no responsive ability in the app, perhaps it's a solid solution for now. Skeleton does allow for responsiveness, but that's a significant undertaking.
