Tighten top banner space #117

Now that we have changed the balance with wider visualizations and shortened the left margins, we need to correct the visual balance of the template. The top banner space needs to be condensed across all pages in the template. Please shorten the length of that entire black area by pulling up the spacing throughout this top piece.

Compressed it a bit in 7ad9f76:

There might be some issues with overflowing "Your list" menu, especially with more options coming due to #129, but we'll fix that then.
