Clicking on Start Over triggers error #55

I created a report with 1 article. Then I clicked on Start Over and received the error page at 10.52am PST 10/7/14. The URL on that page: http://parascope.crowdometer.org/start-over page not found alm reports

This has been fixed in https://github.com/articlemetrics/alm-report/commit/a026f44c7084746cdc7822f8ee9367b7324f35c2 prior to the bug report. @mfenner can we get the latest master deployed?
