statistics.py plus some related improvements #1

Hey, since they practically broke Special:ActiveUsers upstream, I thought it would be easier to just replace it (with something even better): here is a script, statistics.py, that produces something like User:Kynikos/Statistics; you can see statistics.py -h for all the options. I've also bundled some other fixes in this PR, I don't think you need separate ones for each patch ;) I'd like to discuss the format of the table itself in [User talk:Kynikos/Statistics](https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/User talk:Kynikos/Statistics) before moving it to the Main namespace, so I'll wait you there.

Update: I've decided there was no reason not to move the page to the Main namespace now, so I've started the discussion in ArchWiki talk:Statistics.
