Going to merge into main after I get two reviewers. Lots of commits in this one.

Features to expect in by end of next week:

Implement error handling
Download progress
RPC interface or better CLI
Making file unavailable
Pausing downloads

Features to expect in two weeks:

Queing downloads by priority
Sending only metadata
Pinging peers with available file

Features to expect in three weeks:

Transaction handling
Changing prices
Viewing prices of file

Features to expect in four weeks:

Video streaming
