feat(web/client): Add Bots to Frontend #49

This is a partial implementation of adding the bots to the front end

Some things to work on:

  1. Fixing the signal to the backend when a react router navigate is used
  2. Fixing the logic so that you can only build with the piece you moved
  3. Fixing the URL to not be hardcoded to localhost
