Add pt-br translation of password-generator #31

Hello, following the issue https://github.com/laisfrigerio/app-ideas/issues/10

Added folder 2-Intermediate folder (i saw that other issue alse created this folder, but i made my branch from main, i hope that there's no conflict on merging) Translated the Password-generator

A collaborator chose the same exercise to translate. So a recommend you to create a new branch and translate a new exercise, ok?
