test that jcasgen-maven-plugin handles classpath imports properly #335

Two things that we're not currently testing for in the jcasgen-maven-plugin:

(1) If the type system descriptor references another XML descriptor by name
(e.g. using the classpath), does JCasGen work? I believe this works right now,
it's just not tested.

(2) If the main type system descriptor references another XML descriptor, and
the other XML descriptor is edited, does JCasGen run? I believe this does *not*
work right now, but it's also not tested.

I added the test for (1) in 183f61f1decb199fec571c2eb49de7abd4053f4a, and fixed
(2) in fa3efed297e02cf16e26e5b21d4b2cf83acce89c.

However, I can't build the plugin update site (p2 repository) because the UIMA
Eclipse update site is too old to include all the proper metadata:

Ok, I was able to build the plugin site locally with help from StackOverflow:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12771851/getting-tycho-to-resolve-dependencie
s-from-old-style-eclipse-update-site

So I've now pushed the fixes to our plugin update site in
r39b63dcb0ff9d785dec55f7adb5129ec70f65f9f.
