incorporate chat into droidstack #21

There is already a really good mobile version of the chat.*.stack exchange.com 
interface and it would be really cool to have access to that from the app.

The API doesn't support it in any way (there's not even a "here's a link to the 
chat website"). I'll probably just add a link to it.

I don't know the legality but I made a simple Android App that only loads the 
chat.*.stackexchange.com website in a webview and it looks really good. Either 
that or even a link like you mentioned would be a very cool addition to a 
really good app.
