No possibility to enable/disable sound/vibration on notifications

All notifications trigger sound and vibration. It would be nice to be able to 
enable/disable this.

I've included a patch to add these settings and apply this to the notifications.

(and btw, if you need any help on the project, I'd be happy to help)

Thanks for the patch, will be applied soon (good integration with my coding 
style!). I'll also add a ringtone picker & a checkbox for lights 
(Notification.DEFAULT_LIGHTS).

Also, patches are pretty helpful, so you can keep submitting them :)

Any chance of a new release with this patch? Receiving notifications for rep 
changes is a great feature of this app, but not when they wake you up at 3 in 
the morning. I'm not that addicted to stackoverflow :)
